DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery is carried out from 9:00 to 20:00 in a two-hour interval. If you have a special case, please specify this when ordering.
We calculate the cost of delivery depending on the address and specify it by phone when confirming the order.
For ready–made bouquets in stock - delivery is possible in 1-2 hours after registration and confirmation of the order.
For combined individual bouquets - delivery is possible within 3 hours after registration and confirmation of the order.

All our bouquets are sent for delivery in branded shipping boxes. This allows to deliver the bouquet safely to the recipient, observing all sanitary standards.
Each bouquet is accompanied by instructions on how to care for flowers, fertilizing for water, as well as a card with a quote – these details make unpacking a bouquet a pleasant and exciting process.
Also, if desired, our bouquets can be placed in a special vase with water - an aquabox, in case the recipient does not have the opportunity to immediately put the bouquet on the water. This is a very convenient and practical option, especially when the bouquet is delivered to the office, hospital, restaurant, or will be given later.
